Pricing is for indirect commercial, promotional usage. The direct sale of the artwork or any component of the project created under theCecile is not permissible.
Credit to https://x.com/theCecilz as the model artist must be provided together with the credits whereever the delivered project is showcased or used, e.g. your Twitter bio, Twitch description, YT description, etc.theCecile may post the artwork and the process of making it in image or video format, as part of their creator portfolio on social media, patreon, and other creator-support sites that may or may not be monetized. You must be OK with the sharing of WIPs and the final artwork at any time during or after the process of creation, unless a NDA price has been included in the paid invoice.
The .PSD file should never be shared as a public commodity by any party involved.WORK ORDER:
Project is to be completed in the direction, quality and style of lead illustrator theCecile as exemplary in her work posted in her portfolio. theCecile invites feedback from the client and any adjustments necessary until the quality is satisfactory. theCecile may at her own directive recruit artists to assist on in-between processes such as laying down flats, layer organization and file preparation to ensure the completion of the rig-ready file to the client's satisfaction and under a timely delivery.Regular communication with the client will insue during the entirety of the project.
Once a rigger has been located, theCecile offers communication with the rigger for adjustments to the file or directive to ensure optimal quality of work.As many Work in Progress shots are to be shown, changes by the client is expected to be requested at the earliest possible stage of creation to avoid discarding work. If changes are requested late and work has to be discarded, a charge proportional to the amount of discarded work may incur.DELIVERY:
Product is digital and no physical copy will be shipped.
Product is delivered as a rig-ready illustration in .PSD format.
Unless discussed otherwise, the expected turnaround time of a project of the typical size is estimated at <4 months on the artists timeline, starting after payment is recieved and concluding when the final file is delivered. (Please be aware that asset-heavy projects may exceed this timeframe, and if the client's payment plan or other client circumstances extend the timeline, it is not calculated into this estimate.)PAYMENT:
Payment can be split to a total of 6 times, each segment to be paid upfront and may be paid at the leisure of the client with clear communication of timeframe.
If the period between payments is long (greater than 1-2 months), Please allow reasonable time for the artist to adjust to the schedule and turnaround time would be case by case.
Method: Direct deposit is preferred.REFUND POLICY:
No Refund is permissible except for the following scenario.
If theCecile is incapable to deliver the completed product within the discussed turn-around time, a refund may be applicable at the request of the client based on the amount of unfinished work. The % of payment inelligible for refund shall be proportional to the work completed. Example: 50% of the work has been completed. 50% of the total invoice cannot be refunded.
In such a scenario, the client may recieve the .PSD file of the incompleted work on request, and all usage shall follow theCecile TOS.ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
Upon acceptance of project, the payment of the first invoice serves as representation that both theCecile and the client has reviewed, understood, and agreed to terms of service.If you would like to negotiate these terms, let me know beforehand. Price may be affected.
PRICINGHALFBODY
(end at waist, no hands)
- Base: 4000 USDFULLBODY
-Base: 6000 USDADDITIONS
- NDA (no Works in Porgress to be shared anwhere): increase 15% of base
- existing but incomplete reference sheet requiring theCecile to hash out design elements - 500 USD
- Small assets (expressions, glasses etc): 50-100 USD each*
- Medium assets (extra hands etc): 200-400 USD each*
-Complex assets (pets, extra hairstyles, large wings, large tail etc): 400-600 USD each*
EXTRA Complex assets (full outfits, etc) - can amount to 25%-50% of base model price.*
Secondary form that functions as a separate model - will be calculated beginning from base price.
*Range is decided porportionally based on complexity, and confirmed with the client during initial consultation
